Join Diane Stein, also known as the “chocolate lady”, chocolate maker and chocolate sommelier, for an extraordinary chocolate afternoon. Come for cocoa tea, 7 fine, rare, organic, sustainably sourced, handmade chocolates and an interactive program about chocolate. Think wine tasting: we will review how to pull the flavor nuance from each chocolate, what factors play in making each bar so unique, how chocolate gets from tree to bar, and even how chocolate can be part of tikkun olam. (Can’t get much better than that!!)
Expect a 2 hour interactive program followed by the opportunity to purchase Chanukah gifts for kids and adults (and for yourself) with 15% of sales as well as the full ticket cost going directly to Hanefesh.
Cost:
$36/person – in-person at a private home in Santa Ana
$45 – on zoom and includes shipment of chocolates
